Being a medical Pedicurist and in the industry for the last 30 years, I can’t preach that enough.

For most of us, our feet are our number one form of transportation. They take on the wear and tear of our busy lives each and every day! Whether you’re an athlete or elderly or anywhere in between, taking care of your feet is truly vital to your body‘s health and well-being.

Foot problems are among the most common health complaints. Studies show that at least 75% of the American population experience some degree of foot issues. Many foot problems can contribute to pain in the knees, hips, and lower back, and directly diminish workout efficiency. They can also keep us from enjoying leisure activities. Having sore feet or nodules is a signal your body sends to let you know that something is wrong, so make sure you don’t ignore these signs.
